First Hack: DO MORE CARDIO WORKOUTS and CHANGE YOUR ENVIRONMENT. It may be boring and not that enjoyable for some people, but doing this helps in burning calories without putting much effort, unlike those pieces of training in intensive programs. Basically, cardio exercise helps strengthen your heart, which is also a muscle, and expanding your lungs capacity. Cardio workouts burn calories effectively.
